  • 12 oz raw jumbo shrimp
  • 8 oz chicken breast
  • tbsp tbsp. Taco seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 corn tortilla taco shells
  • Mexican salsa
  • 2 Diced bell peppers
  • Cheddar Cheese
  • Cilantro

Instructions
 

  • Start by preheating the oven to 375F, then line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Remove the tails from the shrimp, followed by rinsing the shrimp under cool water. Pat it dry and add to a bowl.
  • Cut the chicken pieces into cubes and add to the same bowl.
  • To the bowl, add 2 tbsp. Olive oil and 1 ½ tbsp. Taco seasoning. Stir well to mix everything.
  • Spread the mixture on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for around 12 minutes, till the meat is cooked through.
  • Assemble your taco shells with Mexican salsa and veggies.
  • Top it with cheese and Cilantro.

Notes

You can add your desired topping and veggies for the taco mixture. Make it fun with a pop of color.
